3 Ingredients Mango Pannacotta

  Mango Panna cotta  







"Panna cotta" which in Italian means cooked cream is a traditional  Italian dessert which is basically a cream based custard  made by cream, milk, and sugar, simmered together,  flavoured with vanilla , and then adding gelatin, and letting it cool until set. It is generally served with assorted berries, caramel, chocolate sauce, or fruit coulis.
        The recipe here is very easy to make and needs just 3 ingredients .you can make it beforehand and usually served chilled.




Ingredients

1 Cup Fresh cream
1/3 Cup sugar (cad add less or more according to taste)
1Tsp Mango essence(optional)
100gm Mango gelatin (veg) (WeikField)


Directions
  •   In a heavy bottomed pan .stir together fresh cream, sugar and set over medium heat. Bring to a boil .
  • Pour the readymade mango gelatin mix keeping 1/4 mixture aside for the gelee .
  • Add mango essence if using and keep stirring until completely dissolved.
  • Cook for 1 minute , stirring constantly .Switch off the flame .
  • Pour the mixture into individual  serving glasses or ramekins.
  • Cool the ramekins uncovered at room temperature. When cool, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours .
  • For gelee ,boil 1/2 cup water and add he remaining mango gelatin and mix well  until fully dissolved. Allow it to cool for some time.
  • Pour the gelee mixture over set panna cotta ,Cove the glasses/ramekins with plastic wrap and refrigerate it for another 4-5 hours or until served.
  • Serve Cold !!!!
