Mango Brûlée
A simple yet elegant and delicious dessert to finish your summer dinners. It is very easy to make and you need just 3 Ingredients to make them and impress your guests.
Recently I got lucky in finding blow torch which was in my "to buy" list from a very long time, while I was in Mumbai for my vacations .I have used blow torch for the brulee effect but you can use oven to get the same effect.
Ingredients
1 Mango
2Tsp brown/regular sugar
2Tsp coconut rum/Orange juice

Ingredients
1 Mango
2Tsp brown/regular sugar
2Tsp coconut rum/Orange juice
Directions
- Preheat oven in grill mode.
- Place the mango with the narrow side facing towards you and slice the mango from both sides.
- Make a crisscross cuts through the flesh of the cut mango pieces. Make sure not to cut through the skin
- Sprinkle brown/regular sugar over each cut mango pieces followed by drizzling 1tsp rum/orange juice.
- Place mango pieces on a baking sheet and broil until the top is golden brown. It will take anywhere from 5-7 minutes.
- Serve it as is or with a scoop of Ice cream.
- If you have kitchen blow torch ,then you can use it instead of broiling it in oven.
